My friend Tracy is super talented and makes the most amazing cakes, she has set up her own page, Tracy’s Cakes, on Facebook and you would be mad not to check it out!
Chloe wanted something really chocolatey for her 13the birthday this year so I asked Tracy for her recipe and Chloe was delighted with her cake.
800g Rich Tea Biscuits
600g Milk Chocolate
300g Dark Chocolate
2 heaped Tblsp Golden Syrup
2 cans Condensed Milk
1 Boxes Malteasers
9/10″ Tin, lined with cling film
Place all of the bicuits in a freezer bag and bash them with a rolling pin so that you have lots of different size pieces
Melt the chocolate, butter & golden syrup together over a pan of boiling water
Mix in the biscuits, malteasers and condensed milk
Tip the mixture into your tin, making sure to pack it in tightly, leave in the fridge to set for a few hours
Decorate how you please, I covered the cake in Chocolate buttercream, placed chocolate fingers around the outside, packed the top with more malteasers and drizzled melted white chocolate over it.
