What Caught My Eye

What Caught My Eye #15

Hello Sunday! You know the drill by now; cuppa, feet up and enjoy the following articles.

If you’re on the lookout for inspirational foodies to follow on Instagram, Susan Jane White has compiled a list of her Top Irish Instagrammers, for Foodie Whores; there are some great accounts here.

Three Sons Later, had a traumatic time of it last weekend which inspired this beautiful piece of writing, Birdsong and Breaths.

I love goats cheese and I was positively salivating when I saw this recipe for Berry Salad with Almond Cranberry Crusted Goats Cheese.

I always have banana’s in the fruit bowl, I actually buy the reduced banana’s with the dark brown spots that nobody else wants, they’re perfect for baking and would be ideal for this Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bread.

With exam season just around the corner, The Happy Pear have a great piece on Brain Food for Exams.

We’re big picnic fans in our home and hopefully we’ll be seeing some lovely picnic weather very soon. This list of Ireland’s 30 Best Picnic Spots will be invaluable.

Have a lovely day and check back next Sunday for more of what caught my eye.
