125g Softened Butter
125g Caster Sugar
125g Self Raising Flour
2 Tbsp Milk
* Preheat oven to 190 C/GM5. Line a 12 cup muffin or bun tin with muffin or bun cases. I like to use the muffin tin & cases.
*Beat the butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
*Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
*Sieve the flour into the bowl & carefully fold in using a tablespoon.
* Mix in the milk, stir until the mixture is smooth & drops off the spoon easily.
*Divide between the paper cases & bake in the oven until the cakes are risen & golden brown.
*Remove & cool on a cooling rack.
