What Caught My Eye

What Caught My Eye

How are we all this Sunday morning? It’s been a busy week in Simply Homemade HQ. I am looking forward to taking it easy today ahead of mid-term. Midterm already, I’m sure it was only Christmas yesterday!! In saying that, I am ready to embrace these alarm free mornings!

Last week we had Valentine’s day, love it or loathe it, it’s a popular day. I am neither here nor there with it, it’s popular with children though, so we make an effort for their benefit. And sure it is always nice to be nice! With that in mind, this story, Love Just Hit Me on the Head is lovely.

I can never have enough bookspiration so I have bookmarked this list of 10 Modern Love Stories. There’s a couple here that sound so good.

For some of the best in Irish blogging, have a perusal of Creators.ie. In their own words, Creators.ie is the perfect place to find the best blogs and content from amazing creators around Ireland. They’re also a great team to be a part of!

I published a book review this week. The Hopes and Dreams of Lucy Baker is a thoroughly enjoyable read. It has some hilarious one-liners, explores relationships between generations and is just incredibly heartwarming.
